We understand that manufacturing defects may occasionally occur. If you are unfortunate enough to receive a product with a manufacturing and/or material defect, we will repair your product free of charge.

Please fill in the information below, and you will receive a QR code with your personal return label for our repair centre.

For hygiene reasons, we only repair products that have been freshly washed.

Alfa will return products that are not clean/freshly washed at the sender’s expense.

The normal repair time is 2–3 weeks from the date the Repair Centre receives the parcel.
