2. Deliver the products at a POSTEN location

We'll send you a mail with a QR code that you'll show posten.

3. Get an offer

We make you a repair offer by mail. You can either accept this to get the repair done, or decline to get your product returned.

4. We repair the product and send it to you by POSTEN

If the offer is accepted we repair the product and use the address you filled out below to return the package.
