The complete process:

Prepare the product for repair. NB! Mark the damage appropriately so that we can easily find what we need to repair.

Complete the registration form and receive a QR code for your shipping label.
03
Pack the freshly washed product in suitable packaging.
04
Deliver and scan the package at your local post office.

Our repair center will receive and repair your item.
Så snart reparasjonen er fullført, får du en e-post fra oss om at produktet er på vei tilbake til deg.
Vi har kun varemottak via forsendelse med QR-koden/postlappen du får når du bestiller under. Det er altså ikke mulig å levere varer for reparasjon i våre lokaler personlig. Dette for å sikre raskest mulig reparasjon og ordreflyt
